Responsibility

  • Conduct proactive outreach to clients via phone, email, and in-person visits to facilitate timely payment collections.
  • Monitor assigned accounts to identify overdue payments and implement appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Negotiate payment plans with clients to resolve delinquencies while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, communications, and payment agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure alignment on collection strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, success rates, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in debt collection.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related financial role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations diplomatically.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and other collection software.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali for client visits as needed.
