Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections and styling.
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting UNIQLO’s latest collections.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product displays, signage, and store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist in regular stock takes to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions, to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for fashion and trends, with a keen eye for styling and product presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
