Responsibility
- Assist in research and data analysis related to healthcare products, market trends, and industry developments.
- Support the team in coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and project updates.
- Participate in inventory management, including tracking medical supplies and equipment.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies for healthcare products.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and technical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and healthcare compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Healthcare, Medicine, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology, medical devices, or trading processes is a plus.
- Availability to commit to a full-time internship (minimum 3 months).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
