Responsibility
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations (abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, vascular, and small parts) with precision and care.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, explaining processes to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Capture and analyze ultrasound images, providing preliminary findings to radiologists and physicians for interpretation.
- Maintain accurate patient records, imaging data, and examination reports in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and timely diagnostic results.
- Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and HIPAA/patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology or Radiologic Technology program; ARDMS or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience as an Ultrasound Technologist in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Proficient in 2D/3D/4D ultrasound, Doppler, and color flow imaging techniques.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to sonography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with attention to detail and a patient-first mindset.
- Familiarity with PACS, EMR systems, and digital imaging software is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa assistance provided for qualified candidates).
