Responsibility
- Lead and manage the nursing division, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s strategic goals and regulatory standards (MRHA compliance).
- Develop and implement nursing policies, protocols, and best practices to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing staff to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance metrics, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of patient-centered care, ethical practices, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Represent the nursing division in meetings with hospital leadership, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of advancements in nursing and healthcare to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within a hospital setting.
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and MRHA certification or eligibility.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing nursing programs, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a commitment to ethical and compassionate care.
