Responsibility
- Operate and monitor biopharmaceutical production equipment in compliance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and GMP guidelines.
- Prepare, measure, and mix raw materials and solutions for drug substance manufacturing.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and document results accurately in batch records.
- Maintain cleanroom and equipment hygiene according to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of production machinery.
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Process Development, to ensure product integrity.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or vocational diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmaceutical Technology).
- Basic understanding of biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict procedural guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (including nights/weekends) as required.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Prior experience in a GMP environment or cleanroom setting is advantageous but not required.
