Note: This role is open to doctors with valid Indonesian medical licenses and experience in aesthetic or dermatological procedures.
Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and develop personalized beauty plans.
- Ensure all procedures adhere to medical and safety protocols, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and patient care.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Collaborate with the clinicâs aesthetic team to provide comprehensive beauty and wellness solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and preventive measures to maintain long-term results.
- Contribute to the clinicâs reputation by delivering exceptional service and fostering positive client relationships.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution with a valid Indonesian medical license (SIP/SIK).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or a related field.
- Certification or training in aesthetic procedures (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, laser treatments) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin types, and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Commitment to ethical practices, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
- Flexibility to work part-time, including weekends and evenings, based on clinic needs.
