Eastern International TVET is seeking an experienced and certified TVET Assessor & Internal Assessor (Pegawai Penilai PP & Pegawai Penilai Dalaman PPD) to join our dynamic team in Bali. As an Assessor, you will evaluate student portfolios, manage quality assurance processes, and align training outcomes with official JPK (Department of Skills Development) regulations. Responsibility
- Assess and evaluate student competencies in strict accordance with TVET and JPK assessment guidelines.
- Conduct regular internal verification (PPD) of assessment instruments, processes, and student portfolios to maintain training quality.
- Develop, review, and implement robust assessment plans and schedules for various vocational courses.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date documentation and records of student performance for external audit readiness.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback to students to facilitate continuous improvement in their practical skills.
- Collaborate closely with external verifiers (PPL) and regulatory officers during accreditation and audit processes.
- Participate in curriculum review meetings to ensure training materials align with current industry demands.
Qualifications
- Certified Pegawai Penilai (PP) and Pegawai Penilai Dalaman (PPD) with valid vocational certificates (VTO, SKM, or equivalent).
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Engineering, Technical studies, or a related vocational discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in TVET assessment, quality assurance, or internal verification.
- In-depth knowledge of JPK (Department of Skills Development) standards, regulatory frameworks, and portfolio structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa.
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous eye for documentation and audit compliance.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, student-centric academic environment.
