Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and structured music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with school standards and student needs.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their musical growth.
- Prepare students for performances, recitals, and competitions, fostering confidence and stage presence.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate music into broader arts and educational programs.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and discipline.
- Stay updated with contemporary teaching methods and musical trends to enhance lesson quality.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience teaching music, preferably in a school or private lesson setting.
- Proficiency in one or more musical instruments or vocal techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to accommodate diverse learning needs and age groups.

- Familiarity with music theory, composition, and performance techniques.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Bali, with a valid work permit or eligibility to obtain one.
