Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales teams and clients on technology products.
- Supervise and mentor junior trainers, ensuring high-quality training delivery.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align training content with business goals.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to enhance customer understanding.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to ensure training relevance.
- Provide feedback to product teams based on training insights and customer queries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a product specialist or trainer in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching.
- Strong understanding of technology products, preferably in consumer electronics or IT solutions.
- Proven ability to develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
- Leadership skills with experience in supervising or mentoring teams.
