Responsibility
- Provide strategic academic leadership to align the college’s educational programs with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum, ensuring relevance, rigor, and innovation across all disciplines.
- Lead and mentor faculty and staff, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
- Monitor and evaluate academic performance, implementing data-driven improvements to enhance student outcomes.
- Represent the college in external partnerships, accreditation processes, and community engagement initiatives.
- Develop and manage the academic budget, optimizing resources to support educational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with local and international education standards, maintaining the college’s reputation and accreditation.
- Drive student recruitment and retention strategies to attract and support a diverse, high-achieving student body.
Qualifications
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in academic leadership, including roles such as Dean, Academic Director, or Vice Principal.
- Proven track record in curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance in higher education.
- Strong strategic planning and budget management skills, with experience in resource allocation for academic programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with international education standards and best practices in academic administration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, innovate, and drive institutional growth in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
