Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate tuition schedules, ensuring timely and accurate class allocations for students and tutors.
- Process student enrollments, registrations, and fee payments, maintaining meticulous records in our administrative systems.
- Liaise with tutors, students, and parents to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and distribute tuition-related reports, including attendance, progress, and financial summaries for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of tuition fees.
- Organize and maintain student files, databases, and digital records in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives by providing administrative assistance for promotional events and open days.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in administrative, office support, or education-related roles, preferably in a tuition or academic setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with student management systems.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle administrative challenges effectively.
