Responsibility

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in onboarding new users and configuring their IT environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on problem resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT best practices.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are advantageous.
