Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of Application Underwriters, ensuring they adhere to screening criteria and Fair Housing laws.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of property management projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their performance and compliance knowledge.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the property management sector.
