Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Support the IT team in network configurations, security updates, and system backups.
- Collaborate on software development projects, including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues related to computers, printers, and other devices.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions for internal knowledge bases.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and system upgrades.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
- Assist in cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments and compliance checks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and scripting.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network fundamentals.
- Problem-solving skills and a keen interest in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
