Responsibility
- Design and architect high-performance trading systems that meet global financial market demands.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define system requirements and technical specifications.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of trading platforms to handle high-frequency transactions.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance trading infrastructure.
- Optimize system performance and latency to meet stringent market requirements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical guides.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting trading technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Architect or similar role in financial technology or trading systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud computing.
- Experience with high-frequency trading (HFT) or low-latency systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about system design.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial markets, trading protocols, and regulatory compliance.
