Responsibility
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Gather, prioritize, and refine product requirements based on stakeholder feedback and data insights.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Develop and maintain user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to guide development teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager, IT Product Owner, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence) and analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform product decisions.
- Experience working in hybrid or remote teams with a global mindset.
