Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance of BI assets through regular validation and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Automate data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and BI tools.
- Train and support end-users on BI tools and reporting functionalities.
- Document processes, data models, and technical specifications for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
