Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive user research and analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for development teams
- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and recommend data-driven product decisions
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-centric product interfaces and workflows
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product implementation and iteration
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business value and user impact
- Monitor key product metrics (KPIs) and conduct A/B testing to optimize product performance
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on product vision and strategy
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous product innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in digital product development
- Proven track record of analyzing user behavior and translating insights into product improvements
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
