Responsibility

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Assist in the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and upgrade systems, software, and security protocols.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network protocols.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software, remote support tools, and IT service management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
