Responsibility
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of BPO or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends if required.
