Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless systems for government and private sector clients.
- Conduct network capacity planning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection/prevention, and access control policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technical requirements and develop tailored network solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage cloud-based networking services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud integrations for seamless scalability.
- Lead network upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning to minimize downtime and data loss risks.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and conduct training sessions on emerging network technologies.
- Document network architectures, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (CCNP, CCNA, CCIE, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with a proven track record in large-scale deployments.
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, or Huawei networking hardware and protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, QoS).
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, including VPNs, SSL/TLS, and zero-trust architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SD-WAN/SD-LAN solutions.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark) and scripting (Python, Bash) for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
