Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
- Define project objectives, milestones, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) using Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize productivity and quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and post-project reviews to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL, PMP) and company policies.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and expectation management.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
