Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, protocols, and best practices to safeguard data and systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Deploy, configure, and update software applications and operating systems across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess IT needs and recommend scalable solutions.
- Conduct regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and system audits to ensure data integrity.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance productivity and system adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Systems Administrator, IT Officer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and virtualization.
- Experience with firewalls, cybersecurity tools, and data protection measures.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified, Cisco) are advantageous.
