Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Ensure the integrity and security of ServiceNow instances through best practices and compliance standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.
