Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect organizational data and systems.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
- Monitor security systems, analyze threats, and respond to incidents in real-time.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to integrate security into all aspects of the supply chain.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies to enhance defense strategies.
- Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on infrastructure security.
- Proficiency in security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and encryption technologies.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud security (AWS, Azure).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to articulate security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
