As a Technical Lead/Engineering Manager, you will:

Responsibility
- Lead the technical vision and architecture for large-scale digital products and platforms
- Oversee software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of systems
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring security and compliance
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity
- Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and provide guidance on complex problem-solving
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance digital products
- Strong expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Go) and frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with Bali's tech ecosystem or willingness to relocate is a plus
