Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and user experience for both front-end and back-end systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack (front-end, back-end, databases, and APIs).
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in development processes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS, or similar).
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system architecture principles.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with global teams.
