Responsibility
- Design, program, and configure BMS/ELV systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate automation solutions, including HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management systems.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, addressing system-related issues and ensuring smooth operation post-deployment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to assess client needs and propose tailored automation solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in BMS/ELV systems to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budgetary requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMS/ELV system design, programming, or commissioning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or C++ for PLC and SCADA systems.
- Hands-on experience with BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls).
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) and integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certifications in BMS/ELV systems (e.g., Niagara, Tridium) are a plus.
