Responsibility
- Process and record daily cash transactions, including receipts and disbursements, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify and reconcile cash balances, ensuring alignment with financial records and reports.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Handle petty cash funds and ensure proper documentation and accountability.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Adhere to company policies, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cashiering, treasury operations, or a similar financial role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations is a plus.
