Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents with high accuracy.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client communications.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Prepare and submit tax-related documents in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of numerical data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
