Responsibility
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify sales transactions and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Manage month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
