Responsibility
- Accurately record and process customer receipts and supplier payments from bank statements into the finance system.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports to support financial planning.
- Monitor and manage petty cash funds, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process intercompany transactions and maintain accurate ledger entries.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and variances.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to resolve queries and ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency in treasury operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or banking operations.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation processes and financial controls.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of numerical data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and banking procedures is a plus.
