Responsibility
- Develop and implement credit marketing strategies to promote financial products and services to potential customers.
- Identify and engage with target clients through outreach programs, presentations, and one-on-one consultations.
- Assess customer eligibility and creditworthiness based on company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless credit application processes and approvals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
- Prepare and present reports on credit marketing performance, including conversion rates and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance in all marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or financial services (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with credit assessment processes and financial product knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Badung, Bali) as needed.
