Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients inquiring about Travel & Umrah packages, including itinerary details, pricing, and logistics.
  • Assist in the booking and coordination of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for religious and leisure trips.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring resolutions that maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with travel partners, airlines, and hotels to secure the best deals and services for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments using CRM systems.
  • Educate clients on visa requirements, travel documentation, and health/safety protocols for international travel.
  • Upsell additional services (e.g., guided tours, travel insurance) to enhance the customer experience and revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, religious travel regulations, and destination-specific information to provide expert advice.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or travel coordination, with a preference for candidates with travel agency or religious tourism background.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, such as Arabic or Indonesian, are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients, including international travelers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Islamic travel requirements for Umrah pilgrims.
