Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze cost control metrics to identify savings opportunities and ensure budget adherence.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier evaluations to secure cost-effective, high-quality goods and services.
- Develop and implement inventory management systems to track asset utilization, reduce waste, and optimize stock levels.
- Conduct regular audits of procurement and asset records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and department heads to forecast budgetary needs and allocate resources efficiently.
- Prepare detailed reports on cost variances, procurement activities, and asset performance for senior management review.
- Lead initiatives to improve procurement workflows, including digital tools or automation, to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all procurement and asset management practices comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, procurement, or asset management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record in budgeting, financial analysis, and vendor management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
