Responsibility
- Assist in setting up and maintaining clean, organized workstations in the kitchen and dining area.
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to hygiene standards.
- Support the service team by clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a tidy dining environment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to uphold the bakery’s high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to the dress code: plain black t-shirt, dark long pants/jeans, and covered shoes.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – on-the-job training provided!
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and organization.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15 kg).
- Basic understanding of English or Indonesian for effective communication.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to part-time shifts (including weekends/holidays as needed).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Must present a valid physical ID (e.g., KTP, passport) for verification.
