Responsibility

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and inspect raw materials and production processes to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory and minimize waste.
  • Implement and enforce HACCP and other food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine recipes for cloud kitchen operations.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen staff and workflows efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud kitchen or high-volume food production environments is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovative F&B practices.
