Responsibility
- Prepare and assemble food products according to standardized recipes and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist in daily cloud kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, packaging, and order dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are stocked and fresh.
- Collaborate with team members to meet order deadlines and maintain efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Follow portion control guidelines to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, checking for quality and accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies, including uniform standards and workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or food production environment (preferred but not required).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20-25 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with cloud kitchen or ghost kitchen operations is an advantage.
