Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Travel Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs to enhance team performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable feedback to improve individual and team productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design competitive travel packages and promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all client interactions.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints, maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination insights, and competitor offerings to position Travel Buddies as a market leader.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and training effectiveness for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in travel sales, tourism, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and coaching teams to success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of tourism products, including flights, accommodations, tours, and visa processes.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for travel and a deep knowledge of Bali and Indonesian destinations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
