Responsibility
- Transport dining ware, linens, and supplies between the warehouse and restaurant areas efficiently and safely.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and tracking dining supplies to ensure availability.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to fulfill requests for tableware, glassware, and other dining essentials.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and storage areas, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Load and unload deliveries, verifying quantities and quality of received goods against purchase orders.
- Operate hand trucks, dollies, or carts to move heavy items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, including table arrangements and decor as needed.
- Follow all company protocols for waste disposal, recycling, and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environments (preferred but not required).
- Physical stamina to lift and carry items up to 20-25 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory accurately.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in hospitality settings.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Fluency in English or Indonesian is a plus.
