Responsibility
- Oversee daily kitchen and outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and train kitchen and service staff to uphold Motasa Indonesiaâs standards of excellence.
- Monitor food production processes to guarantee consistency, hygiene, and adherence to established recipes and portion controls.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory, control costs, and ensure timely availability of high-quality ingredients.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Work closely with management to align kitchen and outlet operations with business goals and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen and outlet supervision within the hospitality or F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a senior supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high operational standards.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and HACCP principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management, cost control, and budgeting in a hospitality setting.
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
