Responsibility
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide expert advice on travel packages, accommodations, and destinations.
- Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with travel partners, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and destination knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in travel sales, reservations, or customer service within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office tools.
