Join Bet Obaja International as a Travel Ticketing Specialist in the heart of Bali’s thriving tourism industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage flight bookings, reservations, and customer service for our travel agency operations. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for travel and expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients, leveraging your knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre systems. Bali’s vibrant locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung—offer an inspiring work environment where tourism and hospitality thrive.

Responsibility
- Process and confirm flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance using GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving booking issues promptly.
- Verify fare rules, restrictions, and availability to ensure accurate and cost-effective travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best rates and packages for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, visa requirements, and destination-specific regulations.
- Generate and manage travel itineraries, invoices, and documentation with precision.
- Assist in handling group bookings, corporate travel accounts, and last-minute changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Ticketing Staff or Travel Consultant in a travel agency.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of airline ticketing, fare structures, and IATA regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism market and local travel logistics is advantageous.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
