Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality food and beverage products at competitive prices.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies to meet operational demands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, conducting regular performance reviews and contract renewals.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, nutrition, and finance teams to align procurement activities with budgetary and dietary requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and healthcare regulations in all procurement activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, expenditures, and supplier agreements.
- Resolve supply chain issues promptly and implement contingency plans to avoid disruptions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage procurement, preferably in hotels, hospitals, or large-scale catering services.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and healthcare procurement regulations.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills to manage inventory and budget effectively.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
