In this remote part-time role, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing high-value leads for our premium travel services, ensuring every client receives personalized, world-class service.
As the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, you’ll engage with affluent travelers, understand their unique needs, and qualify leads to connect them with our exclusive travel experiences. Based in Bali, Indonesia (with a preference for candidates in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work while contributing to a global luxury travel brand. Responsibility
- Engage with potential luxury travel clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Qualify leads by assessing their budget, travel goals, and timeline to determine suitability for our premium services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Collaborate with our sales and travel planning teams to provide insights on lead quality and client expectations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing client concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead qualification targets while maintaining high standards of service excellence.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, sales, or customer service, preferably in the luxury travel sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali and other luxury travel destinations is a plus.
- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure professional client interactions.
