Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Sell travel products, including flights, hotel bookings, and tour packages, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
- Process reservations, payments, and documentation accurately using company systems.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, promotions, and destination knowledge to offer expert advice.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming sales counter environment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM or booking software (training provided for proprietary systems).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in tourism, business, or related fields is a plus.
