Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout, including stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and brand standards to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, restocking, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with luxury or fashion retail is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
