Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence in retail and consumer products.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize business operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance Amartha’s market presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in retail management.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to innovate product offerings and service delivery.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, HR) to align business objectives and execute integrated campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, business development, or team leadership, preferably in consumer products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing P&L, and driving operational improvements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and retail management tools.
- Willingness to relocate to or already based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
