Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications and providing accurate information to customers.
- Manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and restocking pharmacy products.
- Process sales transactions and handle cashier duties with precision and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy retail space in accordance with company standards.
- Promote health and wellness products, including vitamins, supplements, and personal care items.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, such as in-store promotions and loyalty program sign-ups.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Pharmacy or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, health supplements, and over-the-counter medications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is a bonus.
